If it breaks, it's not strong enough--if it doesn't, it's too heavy.
I have no problem at all.
I use Google Chrome and BullGuard for antivirus protection!
I use Google Chrome and Norton 360 Premier and have never had this message ever before. I use the WxInspector occasionally, but use geometry on my computer screen more frequently.
I do not know how to check on the safety of WxInspector.

Rod - I will draw Markku's attention to this... BUT I believe I can throw some light on this.

As you know, Sailonline NavSim AB when it was formed "moved" the Sailonline server from a small stand-alone one in Sweden to a larger one in Germany run by a company called Hetzner. Its a server "farm".

Early on we had problems with some of our emails being blocked as malicious etc and investigation showed that a former tenant on the server Sailonline NavSim AB had been allocated had been a"baddie". Our Tech Team worked on the matter, providing relevant IDs etc to Microsoft and the world and, as far as I know the matter was fixed.

This is either a hangover "blacklist" from those days (2013) OR its something new.

Either way, I am sure out Tech Team will let us know!

P.S. WX Inspector was established on hmm's server (which lives with the Sailonline one at Hetzner) just before Aaron died... but it may be that it doesn't have up to date certificates as WX Inspector was created in 2012 or so.

Sounds like a false positive for Symantec.

The site has remained the same for 4 years, possible past history of the IP has nothing to do with this.

Attn hmm.... Has anything been done about this problem with WxInspector? I am still getting the same message from Symantec/Norton about this problem. I wrote to them on their 'Contact' facility but have had no reply. The way I read their site statements, the owner of the site is the one who must complain if anything is to be done....

Iceland TIMED Race 2023
Welcome to Iceland, where the weather is chilly but there are plenty of volcanoes and beaches to admire along Iceland's beautiful south coast. In fact, our first TIMED race of this year will take us on a 150nm eastbound trip in quick Orange Cats from the Vestmannaeyjaber archipalego to the Stokksnes peninsula. Just mind to enjoy the view from a distance and avoid the temptation to BBQ on the pristine beaches!

Sinbad Surveys Arabia 2023
Sinbad Al-SOL’er invites you to race him on seven epic voyages (5 to count), not entirely in line with those of his illustrious ancestor Al-Sail’or described in the 1001 Nights, and totally out of line with those voiced over by Brad Pitt in Sinbad - The Seven Seas, commencing with a survey of Arabia, from the island kingdom of Bahrain all the way to Aqaba, there where, in 1917, after a desperate forced march, TE Lawrence, Sherif Nasir and Auda abu Tayi routed the Ottomans. Instead of camels through the sand, though, we’ll voyage the c 3000nm across the sea on IMOCA 60’s.
